In A Sentimental Mood

This has been a tough week for me..

BF and I finally got out of our Crown street apartment. I am grateful for having been able to stay there as long as we could, however it really was not suitable for anyone to live there.
So now we are on park pl and I think things are starting to look up!
However, at the same time of moving...I had started my new job at the SPA..which I love!
More to come on this...

The biggest event was the passing of my dearest Grandma Elma Dean.

My grandmother was a solider of God. She watched my sister and I and was always willing to tell us about the bible and teach us where to read. She was sweet, gentle, and very kind - hearted. For the past few years her Alzheimers hit its last state and she was unable to recognize her own children, let alone her grands and her great-grands. But we stuck by her side through till the end. I guess it feels as though I may have said good-bye to my grandma a while ago. It was painful for me to watch her memory slowly deteriorate. Her passing to me comes with PEACE, because she is finally free from her illness.
I thought I would be at comfort and peace right away with her passing...but not so much.
Its more painful than I thought it would be. Letting go of someone you so dearly love is not easy no matter what the circumstances.
But I know that she is in a good place. So I must accept and live on.

You'll always be in my heart. You are MY HERO. You are my Example.
Till we meet again.
Rest in Peace Grandma Dean
