30 Day Water Challenge


I am starting a...
30 day Water Challenge.


Yesterday at work, i decided that "no more soda"
is my motto.
But i' m gonna take it a step further.
By drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day
I believe I will be training myself into a good habit.
And can possible reap the benefits:

  • Get Healthy Skin
  • Flush Toxins
  • Reduce Your Risk Of Heart Attack
  • Cushion And Lube Your Joints And Muscles
  • Get Energized And Be Alert
  • Stay Regular
  • Reduce Your Risk Of Disease And Infection
  • Regulate Your Body Temperature
  • Burn More Fat And Build More Muscle
  • Get Well
I'll be bac..with more stats and ways that I have learned to sneak water into my day.

WOW!!! That would be like a dream come true. Drinking water is so very hard for me. But I do know the importance of it. I have given up soda but I am still guzzling sweet tea!!!! Girl I know, but I sip water throughout the day at work, but I do want to do better.Let me know how you do.
