big belly blues

I didn't get to do any workouts this week... but I won't let my circumstance bring me down!

I still have Friday and Saturday and I'll get them workouts in baby!

But what has been plaguing me is my big belly. Which doesn't seem to want to let up. I am recognizing that my weekly workout log has helped me to stay pretty consistent in working i'm keeeping it going. But, working not the only way i am going to lose weight, get healthy and get the body that I want.

I have got to focus on my eating. Watching Dr. Oz today, I realized that I can start by focusing on

1. Low Carbs & Decreasing my Stress


2. Low dairy and caffeine
