Well, i'm fully recovering from what has been the most crazy weekend!
But off to a serious note. I am going to kick start my diet this week.
With a little extra pocket cash coming in, I am going to start working on buying all the food that i need.
Also, i am going to be a little strict with keeping a notebook for about 21 days. Just to get myself in the right rhythm of what i should be eating.
So, tomorrow, i add another new thang to my weight loss-plan. And let the games begin...:)
