Trying to figure out what are the best foods to consume before working out. Quite often my stomach gets queasy when I eat my regular foods. So I'm going to have to experiment with this. I'm thinking a smoothie might be a better option. :) Sounds kinda yummy..i Like yummy.
I'm finding that the more that I choose to work out, the less that I really want to consume the regular foods that I eat. I feel like I don't want to spoil what I've just worked so hard for..so I want to make better decisions to get better results...kinda feels natural to make better decisions. It doesn't feel forced at all.
